Padelgram provides digital services related to padel activities, including but not limited to match tracking, scoreboards, live scores, content publishing, club management tools, analytics, and subscription-based features.
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.
Certain features of the Services require a paid subscription or recurring monthly payment.
By subscribing, you authorize Padelgram to charge the applicable fees on a recurring basis until you cancel your subscription.
Subscription prices, billing cycles, and available plans are displayed within the Services or on our website.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled prior to renewal.
You are responsible for ensuring that your payment method remains valid and up to date.
Failure to process a payment may result in suspension or termination of access to paid features.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the applicable platform.
Unless otherwise required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable, including partially used billing periods.
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers (such as Stripe, Mercado Pago, or others).

All intellectual property rights related to the Services, including software, design, logos, and content provided by Padelgram, remain the exclusive property of Padelgram or its licensors.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Services without prior written permission.
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Padelgram shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Services.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Padelgram from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if you violate these Terms or applicable laws.
Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to Padelgram’s principal place of business, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
